Jen Allbritton B.S, E-RYT 500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, 200-hour Yoga Medicine certified as well as 300-hour yoga biomechanics specializes in helping others feel their best as they move through life with through the bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens of movement therapy and pain resolution with certifications in fascial health, somatic movement, pain science & injury pre/post-hab.
